Hey there, thanks for visiting my website! My name’s Josh (alias Sigmatic) and this is my personal site on which I put whatever I feel like posting. I’m pretty fed up with the modern social media, and that’s why taking the time to carve out this digital space of mine.

ABOUT ME

From childhood I’ve been dealing with a terrible affliction some have come to known as “being a gamer”. I’m pretty sure it’s terminal. I pledge no allegiance to any company or brand (because that’s stupid and you’re stupid) but I do have a major soft spot for Nintendo.

In 2020 I’ve started streaming on Twitch with my good friend Joe (waluigithebest) under the name SuperSlamTheJam which has been fun so far. I’ll leave the plugging for another time and page though!

I also enjoy making music. My ‘main’ instrument is the bass guitar but I’ve recently gotten an electric guitar to branch out a bit, and I’ve dabbled here and there in playing the keyboard. I enjoy producing digital music as well with my DAW of choice being FL Studio. So far I’ve mostly made videogame-type-beats but who knows, maybe I’ll branch out sometime soon. Stay tuned!

ABOUT THE SITE OF SIGMATIC

The main purpose of this site is generally to compile any and all Things I want throw out there. These Things may be big, they may be small, but the most important is that these Things are all going to be of such quality that the world would miss out if I did not post them. Where would the world be without the Sigmatic Site? Seriously though, it’s mainly for me to have some fun curating the things I create and/or enjoy in a more relaxed environment than Twitter, Reddit, et cetera.

As of writing there’s not too much to be seen on this site. I did feel like taking the time to write a simple about page before uploading the new version because those buttons have got to lead to somewhere. And look at that, you clicked the ABOUT button and have been fabulously awarded with over 300 (!) words that are ‘about’. Good talk!
